Awareness Through Movement

Awareness Through Movement, belongs to Moshe Feldenkrais an Israeli Engeneer with knee problems. When at his Doctor’s office a model of a knee  led him to the conclusion his muscles were puling his bones into positions that would of course hurt . He ‘healed’ his own knees by learning how to move differently. His movement explorations and the insistence that quality of motion can improve function of joints seems simplistic in nature and common sense.  This is good news, part of the basis of success for  a Cup of Joga
